01 Relaxing in tension can be called really relaxing.
Taiji Xingyi Baguazhang is called “Internal Martial Arts”.
External Martial Arts exercise muscles, bones and skin.
Internal Martial Arts exercise Chi.
The difference between these two is in the great depth and detailed studies of Chiand the practice method.
Taiji's softness is easy to be misunderstood.
It is impossible to win using a slacking way to practice.
Ancient Taijiquan said that the inner structure of Taiji must be complete. The movement should be smooth. The inner Chi should be full.
TaiChi is externally relaxed but internally it is rigorous.
Fromsoft and relaxed to rigor and forceful, it relies on the inner Chi to win.
However Xingyiquan is externally rigorous but internally it is relaxed.
Fromrigor and forceful to soft and relaxed.
The Five-Elements-Quan are Piquan, Zuanquan, Bengquan, Paoquan and Hengquan.
Thereis only one movement per quan in a continuous practice.
Thereare five kinds of strength in each fist, and the progress of power accumulatedis very fast.Xingyiquan is an ancient Internal-Martial-Art.

0 2“The Grand Master”Li Cun-Yi
“The Grand Master”, a Wang Kar-Wai movie, is a story about Tianjin Samurai in the early Republic.
Zhang Zi-yi is Baguazhang, her steps are like meteor, palms are like butterfly, and they shift recklessly.
Her Shixong, MaSan fights rough and recklessly with the smooth with rigidity XinyiＱuan.
The image of the Master is in fact the founder of Samurai—Li Cun-yi. He combined Xinyi and Bagua into a single Men.
The Tianjin Samurai that he set up, is the beginning of the kungFu institutes over the country
The Grand Master Li Cun-Yi, predicted his own death. He is a manof legend.
“Everyone from Yen and Jau (martial art groups from the North) knows that Li is with exceptional skills and high morals” Li,who people also called the North Knight, is the genuine Grand Master.

03 Lee Dong-Yuan
Lee Dong-Yuan isborn in the late Qing, he was a child prodigy. Growing up, Lee Dong-Yuan wastop student in medical school of Aurona University, and also capable of seven languages. Li Cun-Yi exceptionally took him as apprentice in his late years,they continue to be close for more than ten years.
Xinyi Bagua Men isin huge array, Lee Dong-Yuan is highly senior. He took over the chairman of Samurai and Zang Men in his twenties,every senior master had to worship him by bended knees.
At that time,among all the wackos in Xinyimen, some can jump to the second floor without leaving footprints, some can walk on water of thousand feet deep.
Lee Dong-Yuan practiced his skill to the state that his neck could plump up by air, an extreme outstanding skill.
Lee Dong-Yuan earned great fortune while working in the leather industry, he then became the richest man in Tianjin. He collected all the ancient swords and Buddha statues over the world to find the hidden meaning behind Quan Tao. In 1949, while he was hesitating between leaving or staying, the treasure sword made sound of warning. He left all his fortune behind and arrived to Taiwan in rush. At that time, war is going viral, the battlefield is floated with smoke.

04 Lee Meng-Xiong
The true technique of Xinyimen is in urgent danger. In 1949, LeeDong-Yuan, the disciple of Grand Master Li, arrived to Taiwan all by his own.He then passed down Xinyimen to his disciple only, Lee Meng-Xiong.
Lee Meng-Xiong practiced Quan frantically eight hours a day sincethe year of seven. Hedidn’t go crossroads, also engaged since very young, thus his training isoutstanding.
Shang Yun-Xiang, the man that inherited “Beng Quan rules the world”, his disciple—SangDan-Qi stayed at Li’s place in his late years. Sang exchanged his XinyiQuan with HauWeitzen Taichi. Sang tell no one about his art but Lee Meng-Xiong.
After that, LeeMeng-Xiong merges it with Xinyi-Bagua mantra, andevaluated it to “Dragon-shape Taichi”.
06 Xinyi Quan
Lee Dong-Yuan lost all his fortune, and said in his late years, “ I went through it all and lost itall in my whole life, only to know that XinyiQuan is the best.”
XinyiQuan is passed down from Bodhidharma and Yue Fei, afterexplicit adjustments, it is famous for circulating Chi by imitating the figureand mind state of an animal. It can streng then and smoothen the Chi in thebody. XinyiQuan is an effective way to practice the mystical Taoism.
Five element Quan can rejuvenate one to the infant state ofsmoothness and energetic.
